CLINIC POLICIES
COVID-19 Policies & Procedures
- Masks: we follow CDC guidelines for medical facilities. Currently face masks are encouraged in the clinic; if you do not have one, we provide complimentary surgical masks in the lobby. Dr. Wetmore wears a KN95 mask while with patients.
- Hygiene: please use hand sanitizer as soon as you enter the clinic.
- Screening: you are required to fill out a symptom/risk screening form before every appointment.
- Appointment changes: cancellation fees are waived for all COVID-19 related cancellations. Please reschedule if you recently tested positive for COVID-19, have had close contact with someone infected with COVID-19, have traveled in the last 14 days, or if you exhibit any of the following symptoms: shortness of breath, fever, unexplained digestive discomfort, loss of taste/smell, or cough.
- What Artemisia Clinic is doing to reduce risk: I wear an N95 or KN95 mask at all times, I wash and sanitize my hands regularly, I sanitize the entire clinic between every patient, and I have 3 air purifiers running at all times. I have implemented contactless payment and scheduling, and all patient forms are now filled out online before your appointments. I also encourage you to do contactless herbal prescription pickup whenever possible.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours ahead of time. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will incur a fee of up to the original appointment price.
Please be on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment will count as a missed appointment.
Exceptions made for emergencies.
Scent-Free Policy
This is a scent-free clinic. Please refrain from wearing fragrances (including essential oils, perfume, and cologne). Our chemically sensitive and pregnant patients thank you!
Purchase Policies
Refunds/Returns: Herbal prescriptions and apothecary products are not returnable or refundable.
Delivery/Online Orders: Packing and shipping products may take up to 5 days. All products are shipped via the USPS.
