Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, it must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be subject to a fee of up to the original appointment cost.
Please be on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment will count as a missed appointment. This is to ensure that all treatments run on time, that each patient has focused quality time with their practitioner, and out of respect for your practitioner and the many patients on the waitlist.
Exceptions made for emergencies.
Scent-Free Policy
This is a scent-free clinic. Please refrain from wearing fragrances (including essential oils, perfume, and cologne). Our chemically sensitive and pregnant patients thank you!
Cold/Flu Policy
If you are in the acute stages of a cold or flu, please reschedule your appointment or wear a mask in the clinic.
Purchase Policies
Refunds/Returns: Herbal prescriptions and apothecary products are not returnable or refundable.
