Includes: medical history intake, consultation, diagnosis, and treatment with acupuncture and/or other modalities (i.e. moxibustion, cupping, etc.). This includes herbal consultation and prescription/formulation for the additional cost of the formula.
• NEW PATIENT CONSULTATION & TREATMENT, 60-90 minutes: $172.50 plus tax
• FOLLOW-UP TREATMENT, 60 minutes: $115 plus tax
